Features and Functionality:
- Scheduling: manage multiple providers’ schedules across multiple locations from one window, reoccurring appointments, waiting list, track patient & provider cancellation. Week/Month Booked percentile, integrates with EMR & billing. Check for duplicate patient’s chart, guarantor information for minors, and capture all insurance(s) data during scheduling. Patient demographic information is during new appointment scheduling, to populate a new chart.
- Registration: Print patient registration form, information update form, and super-bill directly from the schedule. During registration process, Cerebella automatically creates a visit, , co-pay and patient balance status, front office can collect payment at check-in or check-out, and print payment receipts. At the same time adding the payments into the billing queue. Automated registration process saves the office great deal of time to concentrate on patients’ needs.
- Practice Overview: Tracks provider’s schedule, missed charges, incomplete chart notes, outstanding orders, reminders, and charge summary in one convenient area.
- Communication: Galen Cerebella offers an internal and external e-mail system, notes, phone log, reminders, and tasks to efficiently manage the practice and its staff and patients. Galen Cerebella can be set up to automatically e-mail patients’ appointment reminders. E-mail patients & providers patient’s information directly from Chart.
- Medical Billing: Like every other component of Cerebella, all is integrated, there is never the need to re-enter information, data flows from one component to another without user interference. Our billing module scrubs claims before billing to reduce user errors and lack of information for billing, and saves the practice time and money. Cerebella electronic billing interfaces with clearinghouses utilizing the latest in billing standards.
- Reporting: Our reposts are organized by category for ease of use. There are six categories:
